With the integration of the CounterSide TW server into the CounterSide Global server, the service publisher has been unified under StudioBside.

To ensure a smooth and secure transfer of your TW server accounts to the Global server, please follow the instructions provided below.

[Transfer Method]
 

1. Download CounterSide from Google Playstore, Apple Appstore, or STEAM.

2. After completing the download and installation, launch the game and select the GLOBAL SERVER option.

3. Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to open [Settings], then select [Manage Account > Enter Transfer Code].

4. On the [Service Transfer Notice] screen, enter the Transfer Code issued from the CounterSide TW server.

⚠️ Important Notice

If you wish to overwrite an existing Global account, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The Global account must be below Level 10.

• The Global account must have no purchase history.
  
  

• The Global account must not be a guest account.  

5. After confirming that the account information is displayed correctly, select [Confirm].

⚠️ This process is irreversible.

 Please make sure to carefully review all information before proceeding.

6. Once the transfer process is completed, the game will automatically close to refresh the account data.
