We have received some reports of account information being lost due to linking accounts incorrectly on Steam.
Therefore, we would like to provide instructions on how to unlink an incorrectly linked Steam account and link it back to the correct one.
Please read below for more details.

-Business Registration No. of the correct account.
-Screenshot of the “Game Setting” – “Manage Account” page of the current account.
[If the provision of the correct account Business Registration Number is Difficult]
-Screenshot of the receipt from the Google Play Store, which includes the order number starting with GPA.

※ If the Business Registration no. is not provided, we will need the payment record on the Play Store to confirm the account for unlinking.
※ Please be aware that using the App Store/Steam receipt as a reference for verifying account information is difficult due to policy.
※ It may take time to confirm the information and complete the process.
※ After unlinking the account, you can completely exit the game and relink it after about 15 minutes.
